Painting & Decorating:

Most of the success in painting a room, a house or an apartment block lies in the preparation work - the paint is the "cherry" on the cake.

We have experience in a wide range of projects and tasks and have worked with many different materials and compounds.

Waterproofing and Roof Repairs:

Water is an amazing thing - the stuff of life - but, when placed incorrectly in your home or building this can cause great damage and unsightly problems. We have solved many a problems where water or damp has caused bubbling paint or blistering plaster or where the roof over your head no longer keeps the rain out. We are able to offer a variety of solutions tailored to your budget and goal.

Did you know: Handy Dan was the first company in South Africa to apply Carlisle Systems EPDM Rubber Membrane to an Asbestos Slate Roof in Collaboration with EPDM in Port Elizabeth (http://epdm.co.za/applicators/)

Roof Replacement:

Be it an old Zink Roof, Tile roof or something else that need to be replaced on your roof such as a wrongly designed extension or leaking roof junction; we have experience in multiple materials and can assist and offer alternatives.

Building & Concrete Casting:

Whether you need a boundary wall replaced or rebuilt, a braai to be installed or built from scratch, a new doorway to be installed in a wall somewhere at your home or office you should call us. We have also casted many concrete slabs and sections. Dry walling and timber frame construction does not scare us either.

Our approach to technical work is that we’ve acquired certain skill sets that can be applied to multiple disciplines and we will use it effectively and efficiently.

We have therefore often been asked by our customers to tackle something specific for them that others shy away from.

We can tackle decking in various materials, we have built specialist modular stands for expo's that can easily be removed and transported; we have created gullies to get rid of excessive damp or tiled many rooms - if you have an idea and you’re not sure how to implement it, give us a call.
